ADVICE PLEASE !!!!!!
Hey team, I'm back again, hope everyone is still going strong and welcome to all our new friends.
I've got a question that I hope someone can help me with, I'm ending my sixth week of being smoke free and I still wear the patch but it is starting to make me feel ill, can I go to a smaller dose before the whole course has been completed ? If so how do I go about getting step 2 ?
Any advice would be good but I have to go now and take this patch off, can not work with it on.
Cheers for now team.
HI TO ALL, IT'S BEEN ONE MONTH !!!! ALL IS GOOD.
Hey, 1 month yesterday and I can tell you all, it is over, don,t want a fag or even think about one, I am going to stay with the patch program but can state I will never go back. Never got to have my CRAYFISH on my 3 week milestone, got a little cranky at one of my staff for doing something dumb, if you know me you would know that I do NOT get mad or upset over anything, but because I did I thought I did not deserve a treat, I will wait until I hit the 2 month mark.
Hi to all the new non smokers and thanks to all my mates out there, you do make a difference and we really look forward to hearing from you all.
FEELING GOOD & FEELING FREE !!!!
Luv to all, xoxo
I COULD NOT WAIT TO TELL YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!
Hi to all my mates, I know I should tell you all tomorrow but I'm taken a training session all day so I won't get a chance.............. But..............
I HAVE GOT TO THE 3 WEEK CLUB !!!!!!!!!!! YAHOO, YAHOO ETC....
Thank you to everyone so very much, you are all so special and I would like to think we could all get together at some time and have a huge BBQ (meat would be on me) but what i"m going to do to celerbrate the 3 mths is to buy a CRAYFISH and a really top of the range bottle of wine, but most of all, share this with my best support of all, my wife.(and I will be the guy that doen't stink) !
Got more good news but that will have to wait.
Keep going everyone and you know I'm here for the long term, you are all fantastic. Love to all !!
IT IS SO HARD !!!! BUT CARN'T GO BACK NOW..........
Hi everyone, I'm the new boy on the block.
Stop date was 20th May 2011 and I'm still shaking a bit after smoking 30 cigs everyday for the last 40 years, I can feel the crap coming out of my system ( or am I imaging it ) and the old body aches a bit, but I can not go back now, could not put my wife through what a pathetic person I was, hell I was hooked man. To everyone out there that is doing it hard, you are not alone, this has to be the hardest thing I have ever done or experienced in my life (apart from the first wife) Ha Ha
Anyway I'm in all the way and are here if you need me.
GOOD LUCK TEAM AND ROCK ON !!
