2 months today...YAY! :)
My words of advice to people who have just put their training wheels on.
Breathe and relax :)
Take every day as it comes.
Be prepared daily to be challenged (even tho you won't be as much as time goes on, but still never let your guard down...NEVER)
Be strong in your mind constantly about why you want/need to stop.
And remember... NOT ONE PUFF EVER!! It's easier to keep that mantra up than thinking you can have just one puff. That's near impossible and all those hours smoke-free whether they be 1 or 10'000 will set you back mentally/physically.
Every single ciggy not bought is an attack on the industry that keeps us trapped and sick with this horrid addiction.
Congrats to you Quitters :) I'm proud of all your achievements.
