Glad you enjoyed your holiday 40 days is awesome your doing so well, hang in there

Profile image GaGa. 684 days ago

Well done on 40 daysπŸ‘It's Nicodemon that is making you think you want to smoke ...not where you live.Keep strong and remember how hard you have worked to get this far.😊😊

Profile image Woodsie3 days ago

Keep strong Sheryl, you've done so well and your saving are phenomenal. You're on about $140 per week savings. That's equivalent to getting a before tax pay rise of $200 per week!. Now if that was to happen i doubt you'd chuck that job in a hurry! Just remind yourself why you quit and hang in there. All the reasons remain the same it's just the Nicodemon that's makes the heart feel fond. : )

Profile image Nana223 days ago

Great effort on 40 days smokefree. I agree with GaGa. That's just that sleazy old nicodemon trying to win you back. Keep your water close to sip on - and drown the sod!
Stay strong.

Glad you had a good holiday Sheryl, now start planning and saving for the next one ... keep that nicodemon away πŸ˜€ Forty days is brilliant

Happy 1 month smokefree!

If you'd started in February, 28 days would have been your 1 month aniversary. Unfortunately because of Julius Caesar that won't be for another 2 days, but you're still a winner.

Stay strong

Profile image Woodsie13 February, 2017

You've had your ups and downs but by crikey you are winning. Those savings are starting to mount up. Another 10ish days and you'll crack $1000. You beauty Sheryl!!! : )

Brave. I've done it on previous stop attempts and it's a game of russian roulette. Actually 6 attempts and six fais where I fell back in the habit and yes I hated the taste of those first few smokes each time. Maybe it was the head spin which made me go back for the 2nd don't know but curiosity kills the cat so to speak.

Profile image smokefreemep3 February, 2017

Yucky eh.. well done on 19 days

Profile image Nana223 February, 2017

Be proud of those 19 days smokefree Sheryl. And be very careful about having any puffs at all. As Woodsie said - it's like playing russian roulette.
You worked hard for your 19 days - protect them with everything you've got.

Profile image Kitty133 February, 2017

totally agree there i think as we all gave up we wanted to try it but i dont think its a good idea its a test from the nicodemon in our minds dont let it fool you but on a better note congrats on 19 days

Profile image nanaturtle3 February, 2017

NOPE has anyone told You this yet?
Theres a very Good reason its a well used Mantra. Your fight with Nicodemon has been tough-this is inviting him back in
Kia kaha-supporting You πŸ˜ƒ

Profile image Julia C4 February, 2017

I've never found the smell of fresh cigarette smoke disgusting. As for the other that's playing Russian roulette with your quit. Too risky by far to go there.
