HAHA i can completly understand you there.
I have noticed I want to snack when I get home from work before dinner and after dinner when I'm just chilling out. Maybe try and substitute the chocolate for sugar free lolly pops or something like that. Good luck with the quitting sounds like your doing great
It would be good if we could get through our quit journey without munching on sweets etc. Oh well! I guess we can lose any extra weight after we become SMOKEFREE. Have a lovely weekend.
A patch for food in general would be great, you know, one to take away feelings of hunger:) One of my triggers at the moment seems to be whenever I eat, finish eating crave a ciggie. Well done on Day 13:)

Oh rainbowfish, I can soooo relate to that lol whenever I was eating lunch, dinner whatever I would be thinking about a smoke while I was eating! I never use to think about it when i was smoking..maybe its cause it was something we just did without think aye and maybe its cause we know we aren't going to do it afterwards so think about it...I don't know..took me a good week or so to stop those thoughts while eating..now I think....hmm come on chubby lets go for a walk after this hahaha not sure why coming into my 3rd week I have started eating and eating especially chocolate but I got to channel those thoughts to something else...I think I am getting sick of cleaning and have resorted to eating..oh man smoking has a lot to answer too!! lol
