100 Today
Cant believe I have managed to reach my 100 smokefree day feels good to even say it, though the journey has been tough it has been so worth it in every way health & monetary
To all you Cantabrians down there hope the worst is over for you & you can start to have some sort of a normal way of life I have been keeping up with news on a daily basis as I know most of us in NZ has also been doing

Thank you Dentarthurdent for your kind words but you also near your big 100 I see from another blog & as you say yes grandkids love the fact that I no longer smell like an old ashtray lol!!!!!!!!! & yes I am proud of the fact that I gave up for their sake as well

Happy century Grandma - you're doing great. We here in Chch are tired and want a bit of normality back to our lives. Day 5 and I think I can safely speak for all..."We're over it!".

Hi 1Lyn1- So cool to get all these blogs of support yes it is a huge achievement for me after smoking for 46 years no WAY would I go back now but we are all winners at the end of the day even if we have slip ups always try again onwards & upwards small steps
