What does smoking feel like for you?

For me, smoking:

  • Gets me going in the morning.
  • Helps me think.
  • Fills in time.
  • Gives me time out.
  • Looks cool.
  • Gives me confidence.
  • Speeds me up.
  • Goes well with a drink, and my mates.
  • Stops me eating too much.
  • Gives me something to do with my hands.
  • Helps me relax.
  • Is my addiction and I rely on it.
